A guide to getting your own pic on XAT

First you need to click on ur XAT name and choose "use your own"

then after that

make sure you have a account on XAT

then you make a account on photobucket if you haven't all ready

then once you logged in

just select image and then use media

close all the Xat chat rooms and open it again and there ya go
